The last few days I've been exchanging e-mail with a travel agent in Cape Town. She's been incredibly helpful, but I think she thinks we're on a much larger budget than we are. We found this great overland trip from Cape Town to Victoria Falls, for 3 weeks, for about $1000 per person. She suggested a 6 night canoe trip for $1800. Yikes.
